Rob was the founder and President of Cross Light Inc since 1998, before selling his business to Gabe, an employee in 2022. He served several roles in the entertainment lighting industry since attending college at the University of Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music in the early 1970's. Over the years he has worked in Drafting, Rigging Design and Installation, and Lighting Control System Design and Installation. He has been Regional Manager for Dimming and Control Manufacturers and Lighting Control specialist for architectural lighting agencies. When not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and working on cars.
